Wonderful Flowers - a very significant sign of Spring. Excellent Photo.

I remember as a kid, I went into the "Kings Forest" in Oslo, Norway, to pick some of those. (we lived very close to the forest) It had a very special meaning to me: As I'm born on April 10th, I every spring wondered whether or not I could find some liverleafs/Squirell cups/blue anemones to decorate my BD table. Thus it was also a sign if we had an early or late Spring.
To days these Flowers are preserved - not allowed to pick. In my younger days people used to bring them home with roots and everything

Thanks for your kind comment :) we have so much violets (we call so these flowers) in every wayside, we are allowed to pick them, yesterday i picked some and now the posy of violets is on my work table :)
