They say you can never forget your fist love... well the lass could almost be my mother (she's 30) but they also say that love is blind ;-)
Btw, the beauty here was my dad's camera, she went broken one year and a half ago (NONE of my fault, I bejewelled her as flesh of mine) and my dad actually gave up having her repaired (she was brought to a technician friend of ours who sentenced she was dead - may he **** better tha how he works). Well last month I decided that dead for dead I wanted at least to learn something about SLR anathomy, but actually when I opened the lower plate I found what went wrong (the mirror tensioning lever got stuck between the catch lever and the cocking lever jamming the whole thing) it took three minutes and a half to fix the bug and now she works like new, the build of this brick is astonishing. The only problem is that I got rusty in the meantime, too easy with this digitals, gotta do some exercise on the basics before I can call myself a fotographer again, but it's fun. I've got the attitude of the tinkerer ^_^'.
