Wonderful picture Bill. I am always amazed how people built these castles on the edge of huge hills without the aid of modern machinery. Where was this, Bill? Is that a 'modern' window frame??
It is Dunluce Castle in N. Ireland. Built on the edge of a cliff by the sea. I agree with you, I find it amazing how they built these places all of those years ago. I don't think that that would be a modern window frame.

According to a TV programe I watched last night glass became available around the Tudor times so the window is post Tudor.
Probably a later addition to a much older castle.
