..he endured a lot right before i got to him. imagine someone leaving a little puppy like him tied up to a fence and then abandoned just like that in terrible pain with his little leg so broken and torn.
it was love at first sight for me as soon as we saw each other so i rushed him to my vet who did all he could to save his leg. but it was so shattered he had to remove it. Well, we got the best little 3 legged friend in the world out of this tragedy and he remained so for almost 12 years now as of yesterday morning when he died here in his bed in my arms. thank you,, Barbara, you're very kind hearted

So precious...such evil humans in this old world...how could anyone mistreat one of God's precious creatures is beyond me...Thank God you were there to love this sweet one.....I've often read how we are to rejoice in a death and mourn at a birth...the longer I live the more this makes perfectly good sense to me.

Oh Will I am so sad about this lovely creature . you know there should be something that can be done about folk who treat animals with such wickedness . I feel for you just lost my little dog 4 months ago and his daddy is very ill too so don't know how long I get him for now . all my thoughts are with you my friend xx

a poor little doggie ...looks happy now !

Where does such cruelty come from? Those that harm animals and kids are of a different species, they must be.
Glad you found each other, and he knows what you did for him now, believe me, he knows.

It's difficult to understand how people can be so cruel to defenceless animals, but I'm sure you gave him a wonderful life!!!

Glenn, I just found this:ECCLESIASTES 3:18
"But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish of the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind."
"Man's fate is like that of the animals; the same fate awaits them both: As one dies, so dies the other. All have the same breath, man has no advantage over the animal. Everything is meaningless. All go to the same place; all come from dust and to dust all return."
"And every creature which is in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying. Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever."
Revelation 5:13 KJV

hy should man care about the suffering of animals? If the aforementioned reasons are not reason enough, then here is another fact. Animals are sentient beings. The word sentient, in the Webster’s dictionary, means “sensitive in perception and feeling.” Animals feel the same physical and emotional pain as do humans. They possess a soul, which is the seat of the mind, will, and emotions.
Pain is pain, whether it is inflicted on man or on beast; and the creature that suffers it, whether man or beast, being sensible of the misery of it whilst it lasts, suffers evil

Living creatures possess a moving soul...they flee from pain and death (Nachmanides).
Animals have a right to live, thrive and be protected. Only God has the right to take their life from them, because He is the one who breathed His life into them.
God’s creatures have a derived right to live a natural life and to be loved, cared for, and protected against abuse and exploitation. Said another way, since God values and cares for all creation, creation has a derived right to be valued and cared for by humans for God’s glory..

omg..this is really painfulllllllllllllllllllllll..i am happy that you gave the doggie a second oportunity to be happy, and i am sure he was very happy....
doggies always show us how to handle the pain, they only do not think about the life or about emotional problems ...they only go on..without feeling pain...or negative thoughts...
