Good, but can you tone the colours down more as they go into black and white? I do like this tho.

I think I'd make it b/w and play with the contrast for a more dramatic effect.

It's interesting, V.

Think I would just use selective colour on the barn, I would keep the rest as black/white.

I do too - I like what you have done here. I think I would move the full color farther to the right and have the bw merge into color.
I don't have a clue how to do that - but that would be my design.

Oh, and I would clone out the largest and closest bale of hay - it's a little distracting to those of us with short attention spans...:-))

You're right about the big bail of hay, and the bw actually does merge into the colour, it is just more quicker than I liked. I couldn't get it to stretch out more. In the original, you can see the variation a little better, but I don't allow other people to view it. As if my photos are worth stealing... =P

Only 18 hours and 11 minutes...

I don't know what you are facing, but am praying that this too shall soon pass with an excellent outcome dear Virgina

I can't view the picture in original size...difficult for my old eyes to judge...but I think I would have sharpened the image, maybe left color on the bales of hay and barn....but all in all playing around with an image is fun and the results can never be wrong if you had fun right? : ))
