To me this one is the best, good point of view, the models stance is ok, although folded arms tends to be a little "defensive" in terms of body language, interesting background which is also neutral enough not to compete with the girl ... and no harsh direct sunlight to give you exposure/contrast problems
This is the nicest. Personally, I would have cropped back from the the left to meet the corner of the cabin wall. I think the difference in the colours is a little distracting. Shooting from low down like this can be unflattering and you have managed to pull it off. Again, I don't mind the folded arms. I expect that your subject was quite shy. If that's the case then you need to spend a lot of time working with them to make make them relax a little more. Try also using a diffused flash set off centre from the camera regardless of the conditions. This will produce better portrait results. Well done on a gorgeous series though!
