I can only find Porto Alegre....our atlas is printed in 1980....Very calm the sea..lovely Brazil......

Porto Epitácio is the name of the city at São Paulo state, this is a big lake (sweet water), it's 3 times bigger than the Guanaba bay (Rio de Janeiro), it's the border line of São Paulo state with Mato Grosso state - Brazil.
