Verarenm's Fotothing

The "Pátio do Colégio" is the first milestone in the birth of the city of Sao Paulo. The site, on top of a hill between the rivers Tamanduateí and Anhangabaú, was chosen to indoctrinate the indigenous people. It was a simple hut of palm-leaf .

TODAY
The "Pátio do Colégio" is administered by the Company of Jesus. Its complex has diverse cultural and religious activities. There is a museum, the church, a library and thematic projects.
