Brazil has about one-fifth of biodiversity of the planet: about 5.000 species of vertebrates, about 50.000 species of plants, million of species of insects. A exuberant nature as a kaleidoscope of landscape and biomes: Amazônia, Cerrado, Pantanal, Caatinga, Mata Atlântica, Zona Costeira Marinha, Pampa... A heritage from country and humanity. I can almost say that the future of our planet depends, in a great part, of capacity of our people to keep that biodiversity. A huge responsability...

Yes Hanek, I agree with you and love our weather... to compensate the traffic and polution, but you are in the cradle of civilization, can touch with the hand the history.
Here we are so far... only prehistory with our indigenous... :-))

It's true, I saw the Gothic cathedrals of France, the ruins of Rome, the Acropolis, Venice and Salamanca is relatively close to me .... and ... I live only 10 kilometers from Auschwitz ....
