I don't very often offer (or force) critical analysis, but here I would have cropped out the noisy background, or moved lower so that only the sky was in the background, and I would have tried to move the reflection of the truck into a seam, like the crack of the door. I'm only saying all this because I think that vintage automotive styling is so cool, but the details of this one are lost to other info in the foto.
I see what you mean, maybe moved a bit to the right & crop out the orange and white building (no background/grass hill, only car). And try one 100% on the ground, looking up. I sometimes don't think of things like that. :)
As for reflections, the truck might've been on the road? There is a mailbox in there also. But I was just having fun with what I saw. :)
That's why I hate being a critic -- I always feel guilty afterward!
If I recall your profile, you're out west someplace, someplace where all the old parts are. Here in Michigan, you hardly ever see cool stuff driving around, or even out in fields. It's all rusted away, except for the ones people drag back here from the desert. My car, for example, came from Denver.
Utah, there is still salt in the winter on the roads from all the snow. This year seems to be warm later than normal. Maybe it will be a light winter. :)
The other side of the car wasn't facing the road, but it was missing the Deluxe logo, and half of the trim.
