No, I just framed it, the artist is losp. We don't have such beautiful sunsets here in Berlin...

It's free software and for most people hard to handle: a console tool. If you need more WYSIWYG ("WHat you see is what you get) tools, try gimp:

http://www.gimp.org

It's also free, more like photoshop, but even though it's scriptable: the imagemagick stuff is much better in handling script stuff. I can add such a frame in some minutes on 100s of pictures. For serial production imagemagick is the most powerful tool I've seen yet.
