Pure Death: This one's not open yet. Good before ...? Who cares? We tested all those sauces before we bought them (they're very expensive!). I can assure you: no bacteria will ever try to get inside of those sauces. And if it happens to drop into the sauce it will just be blown away, I guess...:)
