really bad from this angle......I thought the front Mercedes was undamaged...
now I see a total write off....this looks sad...!!!

The Mercedes took the biggest hit. I guess this and the latter silver car might be in luck. Such new cars (at least they look new) almost ever have full insurance, but the red in the middle will have big problems. I doubt that such an older car has full insurance so he might not get that much money or even nothing...:(

Why I feel sorry it is normally the people that cannot afford this to happen to them.....that is so sad..as you said about the little red car....!!!
thx for the reply uwp.... I know your life is very busy now...but a storm such as this just brings us a bit back to earth....we did not have the strom...
but there is a comet..."komeet" in our sky....it is very much visible from
south Africa....wonder if that is affecting the weather...bigger than Halley's comet..!!!!!!!! we ourselves did not see it yet because of cloudy weather..!

Wow, the storm did some serious damage yesterday.
I went out today & saw loads of trees down.
A couple of miles from where I live half a school was ripped apart, luckily no-one was injured.

I guess a lot of trees got down on upper lines like train wires power lines etc. A lot of people got now power until in the morning and even now the trains are still in chaos. Our new mainstation lost 2 of its steel girder. I hope no one will cough against it, otherwise such new buildings just break together...

Hey, but those are the same cars as on the big picture. So why is this more "convincing"?

because of the clear angle shot which really capturing the situation
and giving strong perception.
