Mostly I did my last HDR images either with gimp (no tonemapping) or with qtpfsgui (including different tonemappings). The latter tool is becoming a champion because the author added a new tonemapping: mantiuk.
This is a view from the bridge to our Westhafen (westport) here in Berlin, 3 images, mantiuk tonemapping. You can see some trains moving what's a bit irritating.
