23C3: Because civil rights are threatened from the politics side that hard last year, they invented a 1984-like game where every bad news lead to a goal. The two sides are: Oceania (Airstrip One) = US & UK and Eurasia (continental EU). This was a Belgian proposal: using blinds for eavesdropping because they got better ears. This was a point for Eurasia.
