yeah! i never see anyone here--it's half a block from my apartment--i'd love to sit down here for a snack and a cig (smoke-free for 3 years, unless i'm camping, that is---) but the signage frowns upon tresspassers . . .)

While you're camping out, having a smoke, and the manager comes out to ask whether you'd seen that sign or not, tell him you're not leaving till he gives you a job.

I think I saw that in a movie one time.... =)
