st louis is NOT pedestrian or bicycle friendly (and only mildly friendly in a mass-transit sense--which sucks if you have no car) . . .
but it makes for some photo ops

I guess what I meant is that this particular bridge was designed with a walkway, railings, and a view ~ obviously for pedestrian use.
