Oh yes .. smoked salmon is a favourite of mine .. often on a Sunday with cream cheese on fresh bread .. just what I fancy.

When we told the cook we was from Norway, he suggested something else for us: Congria.
And said (1994): Within 5 years, Chile will export more Saumon to Japan than Norway. It took only 3 years (But many of the Saumon farms there are owned by Norwegians)
