Fun to work with an old film camera. I have a Minolta XE-7 from 1976 that I haul out once in a while.

Most of my shots on Fotothing were taken with a 24-year-old film camera. It's still my baby even though I finally got a digital. My film camera is a Nikon FG. I love it. I used a lamp as a flash, since I never found one that worked correctly. The challenges fill those days with fond memories.

It's the lenses and not....
I am still working with antique Sigma apo and macro lenses (CF) designed during the analogue ages.
They have been extremely cheap for some time, modern cameras don't like their protocol.
My three film bodies, the 1Ds and after some minor changes in the electronics even modern bodies love these superb lenses.
Good luck with your new point of view!
