beady they are everywhere in Australia, quite a dirty looking bird...

They are a novelty if you haven't seen them before but they have picked up some bad habits, which makes them a bit unpopular Joan.
I see this one appears to have banding around it's leg.

John this was taken in the Botanical garden Sydney and they all had bands on their legs...

Maybe they are security passes; you know how the world has gone mad.

Say no more......we in England certainly are mad with all the secutity etc....so....you could be right.....Ha Ha.....glad you have a sense of humor...neeed it these days...John
