Linny this is a Gold finch..they come in little flocks and are a quick moving bird, so pretty they come early in the morning...

Ruth we are so lucky to live not far from farm land and high trees, so get a lot of birds in the garden. We must have at least 20 different birds frequent the garden

They all look so pretty, Joan!! I have never seen the one left.below.... whats its name? Its a beauty!! Lucky you.... I too feed the birds, and only get little sparrows.... they are pretty too but not so colourfull ;-))
