Fantastic image, lovely tones and wonderful rich colours. Obviously a late evening shot, really surprised it's not hdr, then again it doesn't say so on you're EXIF data.

sorry johnyjazz : no, mid afternoon about 2.30 in mid august, photoshop grad filter
the hdr shot is 2 futher photos futher on as you rightly point out!
selective saturation in cs4 bit of dodge and burn then the topaz
oh and straight after the grad filter used history brush on the masts to bring them back to white.

FT2
