IOW Garlic Festival 2006:

I don't know why but this is the comedian Vic Reeves on a 4 poster bed with a small child surrounded by garlic. From what I understand, they were filming something for the BBC.

....probably trying to warn children not to be tempted by northern comedians offering the obvious enticement of healing root vegetables
