I agree with the gross part looks like something that my dog plays with.... lol but you can see all the dirt on it. lol.

Yes, I could see most of the details of this; it's slightly blurry/noisy though. I also like how the background is blurred out to maintain the primary focus on your subject.

Poor lighting. Better lighting would add depth and interest. While I like the ambiguous nature of the subject matter, the composition is poorly planned. Fill the frame with your subject matter and consider cropping out much of the floor and background.
