It's pretty good as is. If your camera can meter for a certain location, meter for a place between the street and center of mass of this composition so it doesn't get too exposed. If you can speed up the shutter just a bit, that might help too.
Oh, and learning the timing of the traffic or taking the photo when traffic is a bit more consistent will help..However, I think the obstacle here is how well lit the background is. Perhaps if you recompose from another angle so you're not shooting into the light? Hopefully this helps. Let me know what you're trying to do.
