This is Saint Kevin's round tower in Glandalough, built by Kevin and the monks around the 6th century, partially destroyed by attack over the century's, but thankfully it is now restored to it's former glory, standing 30 metres high in the Wicklow mountains.

Most impressive photo captured and presented in flawless taste.
This is a place that would be very interesting to visit. In old cemeteries one can see so much and learn so much history.

A classic Celtic building Joe, I have neve been to Glandalough, I really must do something about that, these round towers are so wonderful, we have a nice one here in Kerry at a place called Rattoo, one of the few surviving in-tact towers, check out:
