This guy and his mate appeared in my garden the last couple of days. Apparently, they are extremely rare where i come from, certainly the first time i've seen one, a very vicious character, it was incredible watching them demolish some waste meat.

God Helen you are so right, there was other crows and birds all around but none would dare come down when these guys were there, it was great entertainment... i'm still alive too as you can see, :)
