Interesting ladder and the way he has his foot wrapped around it in order to use two hands. Looks like he may be talking on a cell phone and wielding a machete at the same time. :-)

Thanks for the comment Larry. It indeed looks like he is holding a cell phone, but we were told that mobile phones only work in the larger cities, so I doubt whether it can be used in the very small village of Chauk.
