Indian painting in the watchtower at Desert View.
USA, Arizona, Grand Canyon, Desert View, Sept. 2008

This watchtower contains many paintings. The most distinct images, painted by Hopi artist Fred Kabotie, depict various aspects of Hopi mythology and religious ceremonies. The other murals done by Fred Greer are more subtle in color and purposefully softer in detail, and are copies of prehistoric pictographs and petroglyphs ( http://www.scienceviews.com/parks/watchtower.html )

Intersting artword! Egyptian artwork has always fascinated me and this artwork has a very similiar appeal to it with the pictograms.... Nicely done!
