Amazing machinery

No Lexxa, its operation is only demonstrated for visitors of the museum. It used to be moved by a horse, but the replaced the horse by an engine!

Larry, I must confess that I never saw flax! I remember from primary school that they grew flax in the Dutch province Zeeland (SW of the Netherlands), but I never saw the fields!
This press is a few hundred years old and was originally operated by horsepower. Now they use an engine for demonstrating its use for the visitors of the museum.
