I don't know much about mushrooms, it would be nice to add if they are edible right next to the name.
Do you collect any of the mushrooms that you find?
and is there any use for the mushrooms that are known to be poisonous??

No, I do not collect them. There are too few mushrooms in the Netherlands!
As to your question about poisonous mushrooms. In former times the fly fungus was used as a sort of narcose in operations. Furthermore there are stories that Russian soldiers got small quantities to hypnotize them so that they were more courageous in battle!
