This one was a just born puff ball Peter, ours too loose their "spikes" in one day!

Again you should publish a book on mushrooms...I am sure there are many , like me, that have not seen most of the mushroom photos that you have shared. I like the
'spikes' as it give much character to the mushroom..wonderful lighting and marvelous details.. Original screen is wow...
