in our lake we have a lot ecrevisse, tehy were imported by american, and now they destroy everithing ! I have a very good receipt although I m not to eat killed flesh

It was a very strange experience to find this beautiful crawfish 5 meters away from the water where he/she obviously came from. But we managed to bring him back.

How does that get in the Netherlands, didn't think we had anything alive in the sea anymore at the coast

This one is the European river crawfish Elbeaver. Presumably it came from the river Vecht which is quite closeby!
