Hardly Ike, you can see it at the preceding picture. That picture was taken when they had just left the weed covered water at the other side of the road.
Mikeh, in some way the weed does not stick at the feathers. Two pictures back you see a photo that was taken when these swans had just left the weed-covered water at the other side of the road. They look quite clean!

When we came back from our bike tour and looked at the pictures I had taken, I wanted to discard this picture because of the unsharp wing of the swan. But my wife convinced me that I should keep it and post it at FT. Now I think she is right!
