The Nga Phe Kyaung is an attractive wooden monastery built on stilts over the lake at the end of the 1850s. Aside from its collection of Shan Buddhas the monastery may be of interest to visit because its monks have taught a few of the many cats living with them to jump through hoops. Therefore, it is better known as the Jumping Cat Monastery.

You have given a fine information about the monastery,but have you any information why the two Buddhas here have two costumes??

No Soumen, I don't know why. There were many Buddhas in this monastery and they all had either different costumes or different "crowns" (I don't what the exact name is for their head decorations). E.g. The Buddha in the photo http://www.fotothing.com/senna3/photo/55c32e736a5e85e4fb5bf4b5bc2db00c/
has the same costume as the right one in the above picture, but a different head decoration.
