Bell tower of the Royal Orphanage of Buren dating back to 1612 (pictures at the right show other views at the orphanage).
The orphanage was donated by Princess Maria, daughter of Willem van Oranje and Anna van Egmond, countess of Buren.
At present it is used as a museum of the Royal Dutch Military Police.

Yes you are right, of course, it is a bell tower. I knew when I wrote the caption that something was wrong! I have changed it, thanks!
This week it was beautiful weather in the Netherlands. Every day we drove by car to some place that we did not yet know so well and made a bike-photo tour.
