The Kassapa Buddha in the Ananda Temple
Myanmar (Burma), Bagan, March 2012

This is again one of the four Ananda Buddha's shown in the previous picture. According to our guide it is a very special Buddha image. It is said that from a distance it gives an expression of happiness, but nearby it has a severe expression. This story is also told in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ananda_Temple , but do you see it too?!
