Senna...when I first glanced at this photograph...it looked somewhat familiar but I couldn't place the location, until I open the photograph....."It's the Stanford Bookstore", I believe...I once lived in the San Francisco valley near the university.....many years ago....great photograph and thank you for the fond memory...

That is right Jake, bookshop and, when we were in Stanford, also music store. I bought many many cd's, so much cheaper than in Europe!

Yes it is a beautiful campus Bill. We were there for just one week for a conference and stayed in Palo Alto, but we enjoyed our stay very much!

Pauli, the campus was built at the end of the 19th century, so I guess that this building (the Memorial Church) dates back to that time.
