Drainage mill "De Oostzijdse Molen" anno 1874.
Netherlands, along the river Gein near Abcoude, Nov. 2002.
A favourite view of the Dutch painter Mondriaan who painted this mill many times and therefore it is also known as "De Mondriaan Molen".

Elly, this picture is scanned in from an old negative that was in a poor condition. Perhaps that is the reason for the "old" colours!

It was a surprise to me too Jake. All pictures of that strip of negatives are sort of "discoloured". In this case it was a positive result!
