Yes, it's a special colour. Cats with this colour are called "Havana (Brown)" or in my cas e Orientalshorthair/havana, based on the colour of the cigarrs. You see those cats rarely, because the colour "brown" is not normal for a cat.
But some races have those wonderful coloured cats, for example the oriental cats, wich Hypno and Jack are. (Sorry, my English is school-english and many years old - I hope, you understand, what I tried to explain :o) ).
