Photo is from Syötekeskus, a skiing resort in Pudasjärvi, Finland. Northern third of whole Finland looks like that. Actually it looks even better if you go REALLY north to Lapland.

Because I'm map freak/geek, here's coordinates 65-38-02-22N 27-41-59-47E and I looked north with a bit zooming.
