Is it real??

I decided to use a heavier edition on photoshop than usual to create this kind of 'dreamy' look, but yeah, it's real :)

it's an empty building at São Paulo - Brazil :)

Please tell what you changed? Did you put a filter on?

well, I edited using the 'Alien Skin Exposure', a plugin for photoshop.
I changed to black and white, then worked on levels of red, blue and green to get this tone. I've added some blur and pushed the colors a little bit to blue and cyan.

but it isn't pre-made, I was playing with the picture, trying a lot of things :)
