I agree - everyone with any kind of telephoto should at least try. If they look at the exif info (not here for you - any idea why?) on other pics they can get an idea of settings to use based on the best pics they've seen
Hans - it depends on the software you use and how you save it I think. I have about 10-12 photo editing programs and the only way I have found to strip out the exif is to do a "special" "save for web" - like in PS.
No Exif on this one because I uploaded it to my myspace first. then went to bed lol. I did a right click save as this morning so i could get it up here.
Going by Memory, This was shot at 300mm, F5 or F6 right around there. And the shutter speed was right around 1/500. right around there should get you close!!
