Oh no, I'm sooo sorry...I have been wondering about him and missing his input to fotothing. I feel so sad - he was so kind...
It's strange how you can make friends here, never having met someone! A really nice guy!

A huge loss to all of us, but most of all to Jan. Our thoughts are with you. We have missed him for a long time but his friendship and his artwork will be with us for ever.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Curves was the first one to comment on my very first photo here on Fotothing and he was always so very kind. He was like a dear friend. I have the burl box he sent me right here beside me and it will always be a reminder.
He will be very much missed. My thoughts goes to Jan.
