I'm really liking this photo Jo. I'm thinking it was an even more wonderful site for your eyes....being there! Nature offers so many beautiful pictures. Cameras are getting better for capturing a portion of THE BIG PICTURE than they used to, but there is just something more special in BEING THERE and seeing almost 180 degrees and smelling the air and feeling the breezes. You mentioned ice, which makes me think of a cozy space inside by a warm fire.

Actually I had to get out early before it all disappeared. The ice was all gone by afternoon.
