Surprise Lily, some people call them rain lilies. In the early spring the foliage appears and dies back, then after a summer rain they appear. They are also called Naked Ladies.
I was surprised the other day when I looked out the door and saw pink, I didn't think we had enough rain for these to bloom. Although these are in a shady spot, the others around the yard have not appeared.

The 'surprise lily's' around here are red, but I haven't noticed any of them this year. I think I recall seeing a few in my yard last year.
