A Champa Temple in Nhatrang

In the Tran Dynasty VN had war with the Champa, in one political step a princess was married to the Champa king for peace and the king would give two of his country's provinces in exchange. The princess, Tran Huyen Tran, had her lover to be in her wedding convoy, General Tran Khanh Giu, and... just imagine how hurt the royal sweethearts were in such trip.

Before '75 we got this beautiful song about that historic heart-brokening by the most talented composer and lyric writer Pham Duy who happened to be my own sweetheart's father then. ;>).

Thanks Hanh, we must have seen this temple too. I remember that there were several Champa temples on this hill, all quite similar. I have a photo which resembles yours very much, but "my temple" seems to have a "side wing". I will post that too, but it is not so nicely framed with flowers as yours!

@junne, thanks for your kind comments :)

@Thanks, Peter! I love my handsome ancestors, because they're respectable.
I always think it's a pity having nothing to respect in life, a real damned one.
