Willie Charlie of Chahalis band welcomes the people to enjoy the arts festival my sister and her husband organize yearly called the Harrison festival of the arts. The first nations people from the Sto Lo have occupied the area for thousands of years so it is out of respect that she invites the band to share some of their culture and welcome the artists.
