it sure is a waste of a nice building ... but demolitions are great for pictures !!!

I agree. I think they should save all the old brick and block glass from the windows and build a museum about the old mill and its past. There was a strike and killings in 1929. The law did the killing and got away with it saying the workers started it. They were inside unarmed when the shooting started. One of my distant cousins was the last to die in the massacre.
