Alhumdulillah atlast i have found something to do in DXB
what a great recreation centre to have in the desert and only a few hours away from Pakistan where it would take atleast one day to reach the only ski resort here in swat from Karachi
i was fortunate to visit DXB after ski dubai had opened and enjoyed skiing. With A quad lift,fourteen hours of skiing available daily and guaranteed weather and snow 365 days a year it is very good value for money at 135 dirhams (equipment & clothing included and locker)
better than visiting europe once in a year
even malam jabba in swat Pakistan cannot guarantee snow every year or prepared slopes as it is done manually here so there is no comparism with ski dubai
one can travel to DXB at a moments notice from KHI to ski for a week or more at any time of the year
i am looking forward to skiing at ski dubai as often as possible InshAllah

the only complaint i have is that there were no public phones operational in the Mall of the Emirates so one should have a mobile phone handy when visiting dxb and also a place like Al Bustan Residences where I was staying had no info on SKI Dubai.

Suggestions: I hope there will be hotel accommodation available in al Barsha next time for people who want to be close to the Mall of the Emirates or atleast some dedicated transport service from DXB to Ski Dubai and back in future apart from taxis which i was informed is the only way to reach Mall of the Emirates.

Ski Dubai has 5 runs that vary in difficulty, height and steepness, the longest run being 400 meters with a fall of over 60 meters.
